The power couple has been in a relationship since 2015. His lover, Ayan is a year older than him and was born in August 1997.

The couple got to know about each other through their mutual friend Vickie Duval. The first time talked to each other was through Instagram Direct messages and asked her out for a date through FaceTime.

Frances Tiafoe’s Parents – Meet His Father And Mother

Frances Sr. Tiafoe and Aphina Kamara is parents to Frances Tiafoe. They are immigrants from Sierra Leonean.

His dad first emigrated to the United States in 1993 followed by his mother in 1996. They had to leave their hometown to escape the ongoing civil war.

Initially, his father was a day laborer for the construction of the Junior Tennis Champion Center in Maryland. Later when the project was completed he has hired ahead of maintenance.

His mother, Alpina worked as a nurse in a hospital in Maryland.

Frances used to live with his father in the facility at his office five days a week. He took advantage of the opportunity to learn tennis since he was 4 years old.

Frances Tiafoe Family – Does He Have Siblings?

Frances Tiafoe’s family consists of his parents and his twin brother Franklyn Tiafoe.  He and his twin brother were born on 20th January 1998 in Hyattsville, Maryland.

Frances and Franklyn were trained at JTCC, where their father used to work and live.

He was later personally trained and sponsored by Misha Kouznetsov and moved to the USTA National Training Center. While his brother continued college tennis at Salisbury University.
