As per the Tribune Chronicle, Donna is in Ohio Reformatory for Women, and her partner, Jackson, is imprisoned in Chillicothe Correctional Institution.

Donna got charged with conspiracy to commit murder and complicity in aggravated murder. She schemed the death of her divorced husband, Fingerhut.

The ex-couple lived together, regardless of their ending relationship for business reasons. Soon, Donna started dating a younger man Nate and exchanged letters with him while he was in prison.

One of the letters featured him writing, “Rest In Piss,” indicating the victim, Donna’s ex-husband. Regardless of the re-trial, the killer couple still faced re-sentencing on death row.

Donna got appealed three times in the Ohio Supreme court for the death sentence. And each time, the judge has not changed her sentencing and death penalty on her.

As for Nater, he previously went to prison for aggravated burglary and robbery. Roberts got set to get executed on 12 August 2020; however, in 2021, she was still waiting for her death row after re-sentencing.
